I am a commercial learning and performance leader with experience in medical device sales enablement, responsible for designing global training strategies that drive measurable behavior change and revenue performance across field organizations. After years of launching products and training high-performing sales teams, one question kept surfacing:
why do winning behaviors remain inconsistent across teams, even when the strategy is clear?
I became increasingly focused on the gap between training and execution — and what truly drives deals forward in the field. I founded DealCommand to help sales organizations translate strategy into consistent execution — equipping leaders with the visibility and coaching insight needed to reproduce winning behavior at scale.
At my core, I am driven by curiosity and a deep respect for the science of performance — constantly asking how great teams become repeatable, not accidental. DealCommand was built on the belief that revenue performance should be engineered — not left to chance.
